A message from Interim President Mark A. Welsh III and Student Body President Hudson Kraus ’24

Members of the Aggie Family,

Howdy! Hudson and I are excited to welcome you all back for the fall semester. Whether you’re experiencing your first few days here or are a returning member of our community, it’s our great pleasure to welcome you home.

Our campuses are once again full of energy and enthusiasm with the start of a new academic year. It’s an opportunity for us to get back to celebrating the Spirit of Aggieland and all that brings us together as a university community. We should never take that special bond we share for granted.

So say “howdy” to your peers when walking across campus, participate in time-honored traditions, get involved in organizations and attend as many athletic events as possible. Embrace what makes Texas A&M special, and we guarantee your experience will be enriched.

We hope to see you around campus. In the meantime, we want to hear from you. Hudson and the Student Government Association stand ready to serve and represent the interests of our undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Hudson can be reached at sbp@tamu.edu.
