Special Tribute To Our Graduates

Dear Aggies:
I would like to thank you for the meaningful tributes many of you shared with the 10,796 students who officially earned their degrees from Texas A&M a week ago. It was inspiring to see so many of our schools and colleges – as well as Aggies throughout the community and across the state – who found unique and memorable ways to celebrate our graduates’ important achievements.
As a university, it was a pleasure for us to mark the moment with a very special virtual conferral of degrees, and we were delighted so many of our graduates felt honored to have their names displayed on the scoreboard at Kyle Field.
Today I’d like you to see another special message to our graduates from Governor Greg Abbott. I hope you’ll take a moment to watch his brief video and possibly share it with your families and friends.
To all of our graduates, once again I would like to offer you my most heartfelt congratulations. As students who have now earned your stripes to become former students, we salute you and thank you for always symbolizing the very best of the Aggie Spirit.
Gig ‘em!
