President's Excellence Fund
The President's Excellence Fund is a 10-year, $100 million dollar program designed to support faculty and build upon Texas A&M University's commitment to the three pillars of advancing transformational learning; enhancing discovery and innovation; and expanding impact on our community, state, nation, and world.
T3
Texas A&M Triads for Transformation is an interdisciplinary seed-grant program that is part of the President's Excellence Fund. T3 will foster new research and scholarship by moving excellent ideas from a vision to proof of concept. This program will enable interdisciplinary teams of three faculty members (Triads) to develop long-term research and scholarship collaborations. Three million dollars will be available to fund up to 100 Triads at $30,000 each.

Part of the President's Excellence Fund, X-Grants is an interdisciplinary program designed to bring faculty together across disciplines. The program's goal is to unlock creative and imaginative ideas that will address important problems in areas that will significantly impact the most important challenges facing global society. Its over-arching themes will reflect Texas A&M's research strengths and, in many cases, will emphasize sustainable research excellence beyond initial funding. Seven million dollars will be devoted to a mix of smaller scale and dollar amount planning awards and larger scale and funding scope awards.

Presidential Clinical Research Partnership Grants support the development of long-term partnerships between Texas A&M University and our clinical affiliates and partners, leading to the highest level of health for all Texans. The program aims to foster interdisciplinary research that will improve health, health care and/or health equity in Texas by advancing novel translational, clinical or educational research.
